In my case, if I do CTRL-ALT-DEL and I see the usual options of 'Lock', 'Switch User'. Which is no more useful than the above reply.I also occasionally experience this problem, especially when modding and using ALT-TAB to switch between Morrowind and the desktop without exiting Morrowind. The response then was Morrowind is a very old program made for Windows XP and you have to expect stuff like that. I have seen others complain in the past of a blacked screen on exiting Morrowind which was difficult/impossible to escape from.
